About CSR
LTA & CSR

In recent times, the scale and scope of CSR work has increased manifold . It has become imperative for corporations to not only contribute more time and resources to social and developmental initiatives but also to make  their efforts more focused and efficient to get higher returns-on-social-investments .It has become a persistent challenge for corporations to  help business managers and entrepreneurs ,to walk the tight rope of balancing investors interest and social obligations.

Lead The Action an advocacy and change catalyst forum is one such initiative that works towards enabling corporations, in showcasing their efforts, intended at the larger public good and social welfare. The idea here is to provide visibility to those corporations ,who incorporate the values of  inclusive and ethical business practices, which inturn can  motivate and encourage other business leaders, to join the bandwagon.

The concept of Not-Just -For -Profit which builds on the ethos of triple bottom line, has increasingly being  adopted by corporations, which is  being  seen as quintessential for any sustainable development. Lead The Action seeks to foster alliances with corporate organizations and premier institutions, in jointly building the ethos of 3BL , to expediting the development change process.
